This Security and Privacy Statement does not apply to third party sites that may
be linked or associated with our Website. Those Website owners are responsible for

If you complete an online property listing application, the information that you
enter into the online form will only be collected by us if you submit your online
application. If at any stage you cancel your application or log out prior to submitting
your application, the information you have entered up to that point will be automatically
deleted. If you suspend or save your application, for example because you wish to
complete it at another time, the information that you have entered will be retained
in our systems so that you may recover the information when you resume your application.
You may only recover this information within 21 days. After this time, the information
may be deleted. Online applications that have been suspended or saved will not be
viewed by us and are not processed by us.
The Hotproperties Website may contain links to the Web Sites of third party providers
of goods and services ("Third Party Web Sites"). If you have accessed Third Party
Web Sites through the Hotproperties Website and if those third parties collect information
about you, Hotproperties may also collect or have access to that information as

Advertising
Hotproperties may use online advertising. Where Hotproperties uses banner
advertisements the Advertising Companies may use "cookies" and in some cases "web
beacons" to collect information such as the server your computer is logged onto,
your browser type; and when you visited the site in order to track the performance
of their marketing efforts. Hotproperties may also advertise its banner on a Third
Party web site. When you access the Hotproperties Website after viewing an Hotproperties
advertisement on a Third Party Website, the Advertising Companies collect information
on how you utilise the Hotproperties Website (eg which pages you view).
The Advertising Companies use that information to perform statistical analyses of
aggregate user behaviour, but those analyses are not based on personal information.
Hotproperties uses those analyses to measure advertising effectiveness and relative
